Each apartment unit has five to eight bedrooms, a living room and dining area, a kitchen with a refrigerator, hot water bathroom, and toilet facilities.

- Lecture Theatres - The university boasts four air-conditioned auditoriums, two 250-seaters, and two 150-seaters equipped with state-of-the-art teaching facilities.
- Auditoriums - There are two 200-seater auditoriums where students attend conferences, seminars, and lectures.
- Classrooms - The campus features air-conditioned classrooms equipped with AV and tutorial rooms equivalent to lecturer-class sizes with a student ratio of 01:25 to ensure individual observation.
- Common study rooms - Air-conditioned rooms for students to work on assignments while waiting for classes. Students can use their laptops here as it is equipped with Wi-Fi and also electrical sockets.
- Library - Occupying the entire fifth floor of our Resource Centre, the 1,600 m2 library might be the perfect place on campus to get a view of lush greenery surrounding the campus. It is a comprehensive research facility and learning resource with a wide range of book options, magazines, journal publications, and access to the best online resources. Internet access is also available.
- Multimedia and Language Laboratories - Multimedia and language laboratories equipped with the latest language learning facilities and essential audio-visual equipment.
- Engineering Laboratory - A dedicated building on campus equipped with the latest equipment to facilitate practice and provide a conducive environment for students to complete projects and assignments.
- Science Laboratories - For science majors, there are Chemistry and Physics laboratories equipped with the latest equipment that allow students to put theory into practice through experiments and research.
- Nursing Laboratory - Nursing laboratories equipped with the latest nursing facilities allow students to practice nursing with patient simulation, resembling environments in hospitals, clinics, and health centers.
- Hospitality Building - A hospitality building on campus where hospitality majors receive training with state-of-the-art facilities rivaling those of competitive hotels. It has the best hospitality training facilities in the industry, including Western, Asian, Cooling, Pastry, and bakery kitchens, a 100-seater training restaurant, bar, and a 5-star hotel reception office.
- Food court - Dining on campus is never a hassle. Students can get breakfast, lunch, and midnight snacks at our 1,000-seat food court. A variety of healthy and affordable foods from Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Western cuisines are available here.
